Returns

We really hope you are very happy with all the items you purchased from us. If for any reason you’re not, please see the sections below for details of what to do depending on how you bought from us, or if you find a fault.

Online Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s) that you’ve bought online or over the phone from us, we will be happy to offer you a full refund.

*Please note that due to hygiene reasons earrings are excluded from our returns policy.

The following conditions must be met or your item will be returned to you:

  • You must return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt – this starts from the day the tracking service shows your parcel was delivered.
  • The item(s) must be unworn/unused, in re-saleable condition, with all tags and any accessories still attached.
  • The item(s) must be unmarked, and have picked up no odours, such as cigarette smoke or perfume.
  • The item(s) must be re-packaged carefully.

 

Please add a note with the returned item to state what is wrong.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges, but you are welcome to make a new order and we’ll get it out to you as soon as possible.

You can return your items in person, or by posting them, to:

We’re sorry but Two for Tea cannot cover the cost of returning the item(s). If you are posting your returns, we recommend you choose a tracked shipping option as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Where original payment was taken over the phone, we will contact you on receipt of your item(s) to process the refund.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed.

In Store Returns

If you’ve bought an item in store from us and you’re not happy with it for whatever reason we are happy to exchange it or issue a store credit note with the following conditions:

  • You must return items to the shop within 7 days of purchase.
  • If you would like an exchange, returns must be made in person.
  • Unwanted items must be unworn, in re-saleable condition, with all tags and any accessories still attached.
  • All items must be returned with your original receipt(s).

Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, please accept our deepest apologies. We carefully check all items and are very sorry that something slipped through.

You can return the item(s) using the methods above. If you bought online or over the phone and would like a direct exchange of the faulty item, please let us know by getting in touch with us.

In the case of faulty items bought online or over the phone, we will reimburse the returns postage cost (up to a maximum of £6.00), so please retain your tracked postage receipt.

*Please note that if an item has been altered or damaged while in the possession of the customer a claim for a refund or exchange will be denied.
